FBX mesh all white

So I downloaded a FBX format chest asset from Chest - Download Free 3D model by Shedmon [fbfe052] - Sketchfab but when I import it, everything is white. Even the chest material is white. But when others import it, they have no problem with it.Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

FBX models don’t import with the materials. You have to import the textures and make the material.

Import the textures by right clicking in the asset browser

Then right click again

and drag those textures into the material. Connect them up.
