FBX Import crash, index array out of bounds

Trying to import a mesh but it crashes on the import. Array index out of bounds:-1 from an array size 2

This is referring to the material Id index vs the multi material assigned to it. The multi material contains several materials not referenced on the mesh. If the multi mat is reduced to just 2 then it imports okay. This has never been an issue in the past and I cant seem to recreate this on a cube on a different machine

The multi mat Im using here is a standard one for the enviroment pieces so making a unique multi for every potential section is an unreasonable approach to take

We have reproduced the bug, have prepared a fix, and are working on a hotfix.
