Fatal Error RC1015 on new C++ Project

Hello, I have been trying to create a new C++ Project but it keeps throwing up fatal errors RC15 and C1083.

I have checked that I have Windows SDK installed (Windows 10 SKD) and I’ve reinstalled it several times as well as reinstalling UE4 and Visual Studio as well. But nothing seems to be working.

Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.

Visual Studio 2015 ?

Yes, Im using Visual Studio Community 2015
