I am having the same error on my desktop PC. Able to open exact same file on laptop with DirectX12 enabled and path trace on it. Get the above 887A0006 error when opening same file on desktop. File opens on desktop with DirectX11 enabled and also with DirectX12 when some objects are deleted from scene. Trying to pinpoint if it is a specific object - still strange how it is fine on a lower spec laptop?

👉Autrement j’ai testĂ© le rendu temps rĂ©elle de mon cĂŽtĂ© avec l’onglet “scĂšnes de TW activĂ©â€ ou j’ai tentĂ© de faire 2 versions : Une avec tout affichĂ© et l'autres moins d'Ă©lĂ©ments* (*vĂ©gĂ©taux extĂ©rieurs) - (Pas du tout optimisĂ©s ceux que j’ai mis, car super gourmands en poly :/ beaucoup de hight poly :/, ma maquette Ă  70 millions de poly ;V !!

👉Si c’est plus le passage de la 2023.1 Ă  la 2023.1.2 ? Un retour en arriĂšre ne sera pas possible pour moi si j’ai gardĂ© seulement la version convertie ? :x

Yep same problem here and it's super frustrating. My 4090 on my desktop crashes every time and my laptop with a 4090 mobile card runs fine.

Tried multiple graphic drivers and settings.

I have EXACTLY the same issue.

My Razr laptop with a mobile rtx3080 can render a path traced model.

But my more powerful desktop with an rtx3090 crashes all the time with the error:

Have tried a well regarded REGEDIT tip. As well as a couple of other things.

It seems to be OK with low settings. But almost never completes a run on high.

Anyone got any ideas?

Currently in the depths of despair while struggling with this error and a looming project deadline. The above link no longer works. Does anyone have any updates?
