Steps to Reproduce

Place ‘Sign BacklitMenu 01 NoLight’ into your scene

Expected Result

Emissiveness only on the sign area and not the trim.

Observed Result

Emissive white trim.

I’ve seen this happen before with backlit menu renders. Usually it comes down to the emissive value being applied to the whole material instead of just the parts that are supposed to light up. You might want to check if there’s a mask or separate material for the text and graphics. Getting a realistic fast-food menu board can take a bit of tweaking, especially when trying to mimic how the illuminated sections look in real life. Hopefully someone who has dealt with the same setup can point out the exact setting causing it.
