Summary

I am writing to inquire about my Fortnite UEFN game, which has been unexpectedly taken down. I am seeking clarification on the reasons behind this action and requesting the unlocking of my project for that I’ve done nothing in my game that is deemed what actions i’m being told.

Steps to Reproduce

My Fortnite UEFN game was taken down.
The project is currently locked.
I need assistance in unlocking it to address the issue.
I am unaware of any guideline violations that might have led to this action.
I believe the reasons provided for the takedown are false.
The game had high engagement with thousands of players and likes.
The game had been accepted multiple times before.
The promo image and game content adhered to Fortnite’s guidelines and TOS.
I have followed Fortnite’s game rating and authenticity guidelines.

Expected Result

I would like my Fortnite UEFN game to be unlocked and reinstated as there were no apparent violations on my part. I am open to addressing any issues if they exist, but I suspect it may be a bug. My request also takes into consideration my substantial YouTube following, which would greatly benefit from the game’s return, for that I made sure to 1.15 Align with Fortnite’s Game Rating and 1.13 Keep It Authentic in my game and my thumbnail is shown in the screenshots below, and has been accepted before and approved, which the game being not changed at all.

Observed Result

My Fortnite UEFN game was unexpectedly taken down despite its previous acceptance and compliance with guidelines. I believe the stated reasons for the takedown are inaccurate, and the game’s content has not been altered. It had a strong player base and adhered to all relevant guidelines, and has been accepted 2 times before with no issues.

This game got taken down for reasons that are not inside of my game itself and my game had great engagements racking up thousands of players and likes. The game got accepted 3-4 times and just locked.

The promo image for the game was according to the the IRAC guidelines and Fortnite TOS and I made sure to follow and do so.

I made sure to 1.15 Align with Fortnite’s Game Rating and 1.13 Keep It Authentic in my game and my thumbnail is shown in the screenshots below, and has been accepted before and approved, which the game being not changed at all.
