Firstly make sure you are not using OneDrive the default for Windows 11 in any path
If you have Revision Control running go back to the last good Sync and restore.
Next

Run command shell in Administrator
C:> chkdsk/f C:
to check and repair file system after unexplainable crash of Windows 11/10 on a clean restart

run “Verify” on UEFN/Fortnite
