This is NOT Epic software, it’s some sort of generic across many external forums, which assumes something linked to this, and there is a very good description on an external website.
That’s an answer, but speaking from the user/customer P.O.V. saying “it isn’t us, it happens all over” is not a very helpful answer.
The fact is, this error is spurious. it occurs HERE, when users attempt to exercise basic functionality and it is still occurring. If it is a fault in 3rd party libraries or service, perhaps something better could be used? Upgrade the library? Perhaps slate it for removal when there is the time? Or at least acknowledge that it happens…
