Failed Content Review - "Violations: commandlet_error"

Summary

I have tried several times to publish a new release for my island that has very important game-play fixes, but every time it fails the content review and the only information I get is that the violation on my island is “commandlet_error”

  1. Run a memory calculation with uploading a new private version of the island
  2. Create a new release based on that uploaded version
  3. Release Rejected (Violates 1 or more Creator Rules - commandlet_error)

Additional Notes

I did not add any new external assets, I have no verse errors, the version works in a private play test. I have tried both keeping all promotional files the same and uploading new ones. I have re-done the rating questionnaire. I am not even sure what the issue is because I don’t have any specific reason why the release is failing the content review.

I am having the same issue for a week now. The lack of additional details make it really hard to make any progress.

Exactly. I’ll try again after the next update but i am considering completely remaking my project… just sucks to be at this dead end

Just an unfortunate update, I just tried recreating the project on top of a new blank template on UEFN, the same error happened when I published this new one. I have a support ticket open with Epic, I will post here when I have an update.

yeah, i had a very unhelpful experience with support that just told me to report the content with a link. that took me to a page to report players, voice chat, etc. the only thing on there about uefn maps took me to an almost empty page with no hjelpful information except that there was a way to report things from inside uefn. and the only thing there i found took me to create the original post :man_facepalming:

So i would definitely appreciate hearing if you get something more helpful. Hopefully it just gets fixed in some update soon

having same problem, everyone vote this up 5 will get priority I think

I also have the same error, I returned my map to the previous version before the update, and the error went away, but whenever I try to do a version function, it causes this error, I will lose a whole month of updates on my map because of this error

After the recent fortnite update, I now get “Warning: Project settings has experimental settings enabled which will prevent publishing.” when saving my project. I believe the affected asset is my island settings… I have not used experimental settings but I did try enabling physics for my last version and after playing it decided to disable it. Ever since then is when this issue started. guess I will try going back to an old version or completely remaking the map. i did not realize the experimental feature warning also applied to beta features?

I had same problem, did you see if you have some audio file with Copyright? tomorrow I’ll try to find my problem, other thing I had some warning experimental error but I did’nt used any of this… is complicated this generics errors.

After going back to a previous version, any change I make (placing a bouncer trap) if I save I get the “Warning: Project settings has experimental settings enabled which will prevent publishing.”

I am not sure how this is even possible… I guess I have to make an entirely new project? this sucks

I also get the “Warning: Project settings has experimental settings enabled which will prevent publishing.” error since the update yesterday, on two of my maps which don’t use any experimantal settings.

After trying to publish an update, i got the rejection with “commandlet_error”, no asset at all in the email
So i think those two are related

Thank you for your attention to this. I did not activate anything on my project. This happen immediately after I updated my Fortnite and UEFN. Once i opened my project, the issue started happening.
