Trying to run the FaceARSample project with UE 4.24. It deploys and launches fine, but the app cannot recognize when a face is in front of it and the engine cannot detect that the device is TrueDepth enabled. I had the same issue running the project with UE 4.23 and tried 4.24 because I saw that they fixed this error for that version (see link below). However, it is clearly still not working for me. Does anyone else have this issue/have any ideas on how to get this to work?
I cretaed an alternative to the FaceAR Sample, so that you can be 100% sure that it’ll work properly.
No deployment on the phone, no Apple Dev account, just buy an App and use the OSC Plugin, or use 4.23 since already has the OSC plugin integrated.
