fab's adress verification and lack of professionalism

hi there.

im selling things in internet since 2012. never met anything near this situation. the worse of the worst, hopeless and very tiring process of adress verification.

i am prvided on 19 feb, 4 docs.
1 busines registration creation, 1 Chamber of Commerce, 2024 years tax board, and official adress registration of governemantal citizenship services.

non of them accepted. last one, with qr code that provides online version of it. also Chamber of Commerce doc. has qr code to check it orginallity.

so, i am a legal man, born here, lived and now living her. i am legal busines. paying tax. i am providing prove. but incompetent people at there adres verification cant recognize non of them. cant open browser, cant scan qr code or cant understrant how to use google transate or what ever.

i belive any human being that uses computer and internet can check documents in just few minutes.

but they didnt do it for 2 weeks and than telled its not suitable…not approved.

i think its okay maybe too much documents confused them?

i send this time only adres registration. they refused again. hopefully this time its take only 2 days.

now im send internet provider’s invoice. and i think they going to refuse it too. because it is also non english…

i dont know what to do. tired, annoyed and lost all my hope about unreal engine and fab.

its just looks like discrimination against non english people.

please resolve this matter. i am selling content on many other sites. as a 3d generalist im selling photos, videos and other contents and non of other sites has this absurd system. all verifications done always much much much more easly than you forcing us to do…

please just take action. please resolve it.

I absolutely agree, this has become ridiculous.

The first time I provided a special document on behalf of epic games from the population directorate with electronic signature by the state and sent it and it was not accepted and I received an e-mail to provide documents again. This time I sent the statement of my credit card, then the yellow banner on my profile disappeared, but I am not sure if my address was approved or not. Likewise that I can sell in the eu region.

The same issue. I sent a bank statement in PDF format and received a rejection without any explanation of the problem. The email stated that a bank statement would be acceptable. It seems like some kind of scam.

now i got a new email.

" You recently submitted a request to be a verified trader via the Fab Creator Portal. [Click here]to view the status of your request and any additional steps that you need to take."

so its starts again… after all, now its starts to verify me from zero…

i am hoping for verifying, and while waiting, just getting this to start from zero. how annoying, how tiring. really no hope for fab… :face_exhaling:

I think they dont want to verify our addresses on purpose.
I’ve sent two different types of documents which are they wanted from us and just got mail its failed again…

What you guys want from us ? Just tell us directly that “we dont want you to sell your product in our market” and I’ll be ok with that.

Its just too much hypocrisy and unprofessionalism.
You guys are just screwed so bad and I’m so angry because traders lost so much money because of this.
