Fab Roadmap and Post-Launch Update

@skfabby I keep seeing "We’ve read all of your posts… ", and yet it’s been over a month since I’ve posted this, with no solution, and 12 days since you replied, without getting back on what the issue is - Unable to access FAB - #14 by OcularEvolution

I’ve had no access to Quixel assets for over a month now and it’s seriously affecting my work. The least you could do, if there’s no solution, is to update me that you guys are still working on it. 12 days with no response whatsoever is terrible customer service. I’ve also already reported to FAB support twice with no response at all.

I’ve clearly explained that all I want is for someone from Epic to purge my account of all data, or if required, for me to delete it and remake the account using the same email. How can this possibly take a month to address?

It’s been over month and I’m still seeing this when logging in. Please fix this.
