Have you asked those buyers for the transaction ID, so you can verify their purchase of your pack?
I’ve tried this feature and it works also for the assets one sold in the past on the marketplace.
Sales reports are still available in the old marketplace’s publisher portal, Epic said here they will be on Fab by the end of this month.
