May I suggest a feature for the upcoming planned FAQ page? What if customers were allowed to submit question requests that if approved by the seller would show up publically with an answer? that way sellers can filter/delete out anything they deem abuse or spam but still get questions directly from users, for me personally as a seller its hard to gauge what kind of stuff would be asked about my product.
