Can someone please respond to this? - Unable to access FAB - #13 by OcularEvolution

Why is the customer service so absolutely abysmal? I’ve been locked out of Quixel assets for a month now and it’s seriously affecting my work. I’ve written to FAB support twice with no reply and I’ve been asking again and again on this forum for someone to look into this and give me a proper reply other than a generic “we’ll looking into this” or “please write to FAB support”, but all I’ve gotten is silence and useless replies. I’m not blaming any individual customer service staff as FAB seems to be profoundly understaffed. FAB leadership should be blamed.
