Summary
F_Medium_Base cannot be used as a basis for a Modular Control Rig because it lacks the things required to place a Right Arm and Finger Modules, as well as the clavicle being rotated weirdly.
The FN_Manniquin is not a 1:1 retarget either so it’s not viable to go there first in order to fix.

Steps to Reproduce
Try to make a modular control rig for F_Medium_Base Skeletal Mesh.
Expected Result
The ability to place modules appropriately like the FN_Mannequin.
Observed Result
The inability to place modules on the right arm after the shoulder module, making creating and editing animations using the control rig impossible.
