Extremely Vague Rejection Reasons

I have just finished my first map after working for about a month on it, so there is a lot of content in this map. Most of it is Fortnite/UE5 assets, but some assets are imported/created/etc. After finalizing the build I wish to publish, I send it in for review, only for it to get swiftly rejected with the response of:

Please address the following issues, and then publish a new release using the Creator Portal:

  • The content within your creative island

This is extremely vague and frustrating as there is a lot of content on this map that would take many more hours and days to dig through and keep attempting to resubmit. Could it not be explained even slightly better with any items in question? Like "Please change:

  • Poster with violent image
  • Copyright music

Even something so simple as this heavily narrows it down and will provide concise and quick response from a creator.

I know about contacting support but what’s the point of the generic message? Couldn’t it is say the exact reason instantly?

After lengthy talks with support, the best I could get was “the map breaches community guidelines”. Supposedly they’re not allowed to tell us exactly what the offending stuff is.

Update: seems like support also doesn’t help with the problem.

@Codissius can you send me your EpicAccountId?
