Export panorama set to cloud fails

Hello,
I am usin Twinmotion for a while, the export process always worked great. I turned to support and they directed me to the forum for further solving the problem, which is an issue within the Twinmotion.

When i crate a panorama set and choose to export it to cloud the images get developed, but when they finish, the uploading process fails, showing the following image:

I am logged in and start Twinmotion from the Epicgames window. Any help would be great, thanks.

Export to cloud (realtime or panorama sets) is only available with a ‘seat’ licence.
Do you have one?

I’ve been busy, sorry. I puchased the commercial licence a year ago or so. Guess it doesn’t count as a seat licence so that’s that. Thanks.
