When I export a model from Unreal Engine and import it into UEFN, the pivot point is offset from the mesh, whereas in UE it is correctly positioned.

If you hold ALT and Middle Mouse Button you can move the pivot to where you want it. I like to drag it using the manipulator handles. You can go in different views to get it accurate if needed. Then you can right-click on the asset and select “Pivot” > “Set as Pivot Offset” to save the updated pivot location.
An alternative to Norrin-Radd-'s suggestion is to select and view your mesh while in Modeling Mode, then select XForm > Edit Pivot. From there you can select a new position for your pivot point that should remain stable and consistent.
