When i export an image with lumen turned on, the export quality is poor in comparison with the live image on screen. What am i doing wrong?
I am using the latest version of Twinmotion on a MacBook Pro M3 max

I think you’re doing nothing wrong. I have the same problem here. Black shadows, especially in interior views, and Lumen is worse when used in videos.
When i take a screenshot the image is better then the export
I there any solution for this? Or is it a bug?

I have the same problem!
I had this problem multiple times on my Intel Mac (TM 2025 and earlier, OS: Sequoia, architectural interior renderings) and the only way I was able to resolve it was a combination of 1) Opening and closing a different, well-lit file in Twinmotion and then re-opening the file with problematic Lumen behavior, and 2) adding some Omni or other type of general, non shadow casting light to make Lumen comfortable (especially to remove the dark, flickering areas).
Action #1 somehow resets the cache and allows Twinmotion to get Lumen to work again. Sometimes re-starting Twinmotion helps too, but the scene may not work correctly when re-opened.
Sometimes, Lumen will start behaving erroneously out of nowhere and the scene will suddenly look brighter and “better” but the original behavior will return after you save and re-open. Also, Twinmotion will likely crash at some point when working in this erratic mode.
“Add more artificial light” is the most correct answer to this problem with Lumen.
