Explanation on dark spots when loading level?

Hello.

I’m not sure if this is really important, but I was wondering why in the 4.13 preview when you load the minimal default level you can see dark spots on the meshes and once you move the camera they go away. It doesn’t seem like an issue right now, and it might just be a bug, but I was curious if anyone knew why this was happening.

Thank you for submitting a bug report, however at this time we believe that the issue you are describing is not actually a bug with the Unreal Engine, this actually seems to be the result of your map still loading/compiling and can’t be reproduced on our end. If you still believe this may be a bug, please provide steps for us to reproduce the issue, and we will continue our investigation.
