Summary
I am trying to access the UEFN creator portal through Fortnite, but each time I try, either through the UEFN platform or by selecting the UEFN island in Fortnite, it either doesn’t connect (from the UEFN portal) or says that there was a server error and kicks me back to the home page.
I’ve attached the logs from my last session accessing Fortnite and trying to access UEFN through it.
I’ve also validated my files, logged out and logged back into Epic, deleted previous logs, restarted my router, and restarted my computer.

Steps to Reproduce
Option 1:
- Open Epic Launcher
- Open Fortnite
- Click the UEFN Island play button
Option 2:
- Open Epic Launcher
- Open UEFN
- Open any Project
- Click “Launch Game”
Expected Result
I expect that if I click “Play” in the UEFN Island in Fortnite it will take me to my Creator Portal, or if I click “Launch Game” in UEFN it will take my to the Creative Island in Fortnite.
Observed Result
Option 1. It will attempt Matchmaking, then will say there was a network error and go back to the home screen or
Option 2. It will either pop up with a network error in the loading Splash Screen, or reach the home screen and say there was a network error. If I attempt to “Launch Game” again, the pop up in Fortnite will appear indicating I am moving to the UEFN Island, but nothing will happen, and UEFN will read as though it is loading/loaded into the Island. If I attempt to click “Play” on the UEFN Island in Fortnite again, I get a Matchmaking Error #3
