Summary
In an island, placing down a Sports Car Spawner causes a large lag spike. When entering render distance, the same hitching returns when it loads the device.

Return, and see the game lag when the vehicle renders.
Expected Result
It shouldn’t lag this much.
Observed Result
It lags quite a lot.

Additional Notes
One extra thing, the lag doesn’t seem to occur until some time has elapsed in the creative session. Then it progressively gets worse.
