Everytime you change modes in UEFN, editor freezes (100% repro)

Summary

This happens on all my projects and its breaking my flow. Everytime I change the mode in UEFN (like landscape, or modelling), the editor would freeze for half a second after a few seconds.

editor freezes for 0.5 secs after a few secs of changing, move camera in viewport constantly to see

FORT-1015406 has been ‘Closed’ as a duplicate of an existing known issue. Origin Issue: FORT-948151, Origin Topic: Entering and exiting landscape/modelling modes freezes UEFN for 1.5 secs everytime

Actually its the other way around. The other issue should be closed as its part of this issue. Other issue only mentions landscape mode, but it happens on all modes and at times, randomly too.
