Everything I post is automatically declined for the same reason

I haven’t even been able to publish a map yet. It’s been declined every time for an invalid reason.

There was nothing wrong with the promotional images, i didnt promote anything outside of my map, and I filled out the IARC questions truthfully. Can anyone help?
