Eva Adventure was rejected by Unreal team

Eva Adventurer pack was rejected by Epic team for no reason.
You can purchase it only from my site.

No other market gave me so much negative emotions and time waist.
I decided not to make any new packs for Unreal.

We gave you advice on how to improve the model, but you where offended by it.

So this was punishment?
Of course it may be improved as everything. This character is better then most character you have on Unreal Market.
Actually you have no here something like that for 40$.

Luos@ I took a look on you effects and cave packs on Unreal. Average quality. Overpriced. Music is awful.
But i will not give you advises. Do you best as I am doing.

If it was rejected they will surely tell you why and give you the opportunity to improve it and submit it again, so just do that

When I look at that screenshot I would guess that your character is not done with proper PBR, and its fine to reject anything that not uses proper PBR I think. The clothes look quite flat on the character too, so its probably meant for mobile usage. If you made it clear in your submission and the name of your content that this is low-poly content for mobile then they would have probably accepted it I guess. But if you said target platform for this is PC, then its understandable that they rejected it since it definitely doesn’t look “next gen”.

Don’t be so sure. It was rejected with standard explanation and without any for improvement.

<content removed: violates forum Rules and Code of Conduct>

Materials are standard RGB, as rest of my assets.

I have a question to you. I am selling here 3 month already ans have more then 20 assets. But they didn’t even give me beige “marketplace creator”.
What I need to do to get it?

Heh, yet I am on the marketplace, and selling rather well thank you.

at least we told you what was wrong so you could change it.
You just felt like someone stepped on your toes because you cant handle critisism and are now lashing out.
How mature, exactly how a marketplace seller should behave.

I didn’t asked your advises. I know much better then you what is good and what is bad with my assets. And how I can improve them if I really want to.
I am pretty sure I can make, and I made things more and better then you.
So I think you criticism comes from fear that you with you 3 pretty childish looked assets and many beiges will lost sales.

Sorry i am not politic (just dont give me advise to be :)) and try to say what i am thinking.

Wow, people are trying to give you advices and you are insulting them.

If I need advise i will ask for it. But if you like when someone gives you unwanted advise, here it is.

Don’t think like what you are liking.

I don’t understand why did you even create this thread if you don’t want others to comment on it.

Now I understand more and more.

I remember 2 years ago several people asked me to upload my assets in Unreal market. I wrote rules, and said “no”.
I seen one rule that gave to famous forum members chose what asset will be allowed to sell here.

Now it desapier from guideline but seems still exist de-facto.

It true, I lost if I go out, but really can survive without Unreal Market.
People which want to purchase my assets will lose too.

Only “old market creators” will win from this situation.
I already decided, I am out.

he said to the artist for 3d Realms/Interceptor, and someone has two shipped titles on his name and a 3rd coming.

This is not true. I said I don’t need advises how to make my art better.
And your post nothing like designation of interests scope.
And all you said here may be expressed much shorter; You are bad we are good.

Sorry this is my honest opinion. You can only get it.
Now I can add: There is too much arrogance in you.

People are trying to explain to you why your asset most likely didnt get approved, and they are all legitimate reasons. Further insulting people on this forum and belittling their work is also not a good way to stay on Epics good side, as the repeatedly mention that professionalism on the forums is a must to stay in good standing.

Only one was treed to explain this - . And i showed him that his guesses not real reasons.
All others just trying to prove to themselves that they are good guys and I am a wrong one.

But you know what, i have 3 children and I know this game very well.

The other people defended themselves only after you offended them. It was all about your assets and your initial posting until then.
Please stop offending other people and just wait for an answer of an Epic Games Staff Member - which will probably be the pretty same answer you already heard… Or just update your stuff with higher quality

I don’t think “standard RGB” is a good answer when someone talks about PBR

And if you write them a mail kindly asking about the reasons for why your submission was rejected, you will most likely get a nice answer telling you what you need to improve. Not sure though if “kindly asking” is something you are able to do.

But let me just quote one thing from the submission guidelines:

If your content does not meet that requirement, why do you complain?

There never was a rule like that. You probably talk about the way how assets for the MP first had to be voted for on Trello before they got on the marketplace, that had nothing to do with “famous forum members”, everyone had 1 vote. And they removed that voting because it just made that process of submitting something longer.

You should definitely learn to better deal with criticism about your work.

Also, let me quote another thing from the submission guidelines:

Offending it is a best defence in any case.
If you feel like a priest, it does not mean that I came to you for absolution.
My post was not addressed to anyone in particular.

My assets are good quality. I do my best making it always.
