i’m not sure the exact category but usually on the Request&Feedback i’d say is a good place. add something like “[BUG]” at the start of the title of your post. and epic staff will notice. i’m not sure they reply but afaik they take a look. the bug forum is more likely to be seen.

but if you put it on the forum, you can get traction from other users that have the same issue. and maybe get an alternative solution.

make sure to post information about your environment. os, driver version, gpu manufacturer, engine version, and source/binary. and any other info you can gather. logs videos and screenshots are helpful too.
