Error while running setup.sh while installing UE4 For Carla

Hi, I was trying to install UE4 for installing Carla.

At this step: ./Setup.sh && ./GenerateProjectFiles.sh
I got this error:
Failed to download ‘http://cdn.unrealengine.com/dependencies/UnrealEngine-12372779-e1515af26c634d2a8ade60b1afd1f065/01bb78539fc8dda386d45f9b5615f9a1e8ca5d94’: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden. (WebException)

I realised that it is a disruption issue so I replaced engine/build/Commit.gitdeps.xml with the updated one from UE github (tried both 4.26 and 4.25) and I am now getting this error:
