ITS NOT WORKINGGGGGGGG. i try restart, login logout, update microsoft word and so on. nothing work. helppppppppp!!! ASAPPPPPP . anyone?? Developers?? Unreal?

I’ve been having this same issue for the past 24hs. It worked just fine yesterday, I tried to fine tune some stuff today, impossible. Tried every suggestion in this thread.

Same here, 48 hours and no way to send any Mesh to Metahuman.

Same here, Been trying many times so I Automated the process of retrying when it fails using Microsoft Power Automate. Still running…

Same. All day yesterday myself and a dev I’m working both tried for hours. Nothing. Trying again today and error after error. Firewall off, logged into bridge. I can access the creator web app but mesh to Metahuman just fails.

Maybe they disabled public access to the Metahuman Backend for the Unreal Fest for some reason.

I’ve been having this problem since last night. Gone through every forum and post I can find, but nothing is working. I really have no idea what else to do,

same probleb, i’m trying ti dissable firewall, autorize to bridge, even try to enable VPN, same problem for 2 days, i don’t know what to do

It could be server and application maintenance as they are probably preparing for UE5.1 (since it is in PREVIEW at the moment). Mesh to Metahuman worked for me yesterday just fine, but ‘no-go’ today, as I have tried it every hour or so for the last 8 hours. Hopefully back up soon!

October 14 in the evening, and still nothing works. I try it dozens of times every day.

If they have maintenance, they could write: “the server is being serviced, there may be problems” and specify the dates. Then everyone was calm. But either they don’t, or the problem is different. This is my opinion.

Of course. So many people wasted their time. In the logs from server should be clear information to make people calm “service work till xxx”.
I wasted a lot of my time on this as well.
Many others wasted their time and did not reach this forum post to write about it.
Irresponsible people manage these servers and Epic should do something about it.

This is how it is to rely on someones mercy. They pull the plug and we are done.

I’m wondering if there is any way to submit this issue to Epic, since there is no indication that they are aware of it
