is it not possible to upload custom mesh to MetaHumans. Seems like if service is inavailable

Steps to Reproduce

Import and prepare the character Mesh.
Create and populate a MetaHuman Identity Asset.
Create and track a Neutral Pose.
Run the Identity Solve.
Submit the Template Mesh to the MetaHuman Backend

Expected Result

Mesh must be uploaded to Metahumans site

Observed Result

Error message: Error while executing the mesh to Metahuman service

I have exactly the same error. Tried different suggestions like logging into bridge before and disabling firewall, but nothing helped.

same error, working on 5.5. Quixel is asking me to log in when i press mesh to meta humna button. i Log in but i have the waiting for backend pop up and after some seconds an error occurs

I too am experiencing this error. Wish it worked. Was my first time with the whole mesh to metahuman thing and I didn’t get very far.

so is a server problem and not our set up?? maybe all this quixel, fab transition is harming servers

Sorry about that - we have identified and resolved the issue on our side - you can use Mesh to MetaHuman successfully now!
