Error when trying to create a new island in Creative 1.0

Summary

I have a limit of 100 islands in the Fortnite Creative 1.0 Portal. Despite having around 60 islands this error appears.

Steps to Reproduce

Only try to create a new island in the creative 1.0

Expected Result

In the past in my account happened that all my islands were duplicated by an error so probably that islands still count.

Is there any chance you Converted some of your existing islands to uefn? or archived them at any point?
