Error when packaging the project on the engine 4.12.4. Not Packed a single project. Please help in solving the problem, Thanks in advance!

- Did you unistall AndroidWorks and install CodeWorks for 4.12 release?
- Do you have the UE4 Installation Options set properly for Android?
- Can you launch onto Android without any trouble?


Good day! Went through all the items still shows the same error. The game also does not start.
Are you using any plugins? If so, have you tried creating a new C++ class so the plugin you’re using could transfer over?
File > New C++ Class > None
If you’re not using any plugins, could you tell me whether or not this same error occurs when you’re trying to package a blank template?
Empty project is not packing the same and gives the same error.
Have you upgraded to Update 3 for Visual Studio and upgraded your UE4 to 4.12.5 yet? If not, could you and then rebuild your project (if needed) and try to package?
Are blueprint projects causing this issue too?
Did everything as you said, all updated to the latest version ,but still gives the same error. Even on an empty project.
Hi, I am also having this issue except I am packaging for Windows instead. Neither my packaging or launches work.
Would be amazing if this could be resolved, it’s really frustrating not being able to do anything about this.
After you installed Visual Studio 2015 with UE 4.12.5, did you restart your system?
Yes I did reboot.
Could you please upload your new logs to your next response? Could you also make sure that it’s starting up VS2015 and not another version of VS? As that’s happened to me before. ![]()
