Error when Installing on Windows7

I downloaded the Installer and it ran fine until it gets to the end of installing the basic stuff and then it flashes a small sized black screen and crashes. Here’s my log:

Hi Romad,

From looking at your installer log, it looks like the engine installed successfully. By chance, do you have an Unreal Engine shortcut on your desktop? Are there any logs in your C:\users\ROMAD\AppData\Local\UnrealEngineLauncher\Saved\Logs directory? If so can you post them here? Sorry for the inconvenience, thanks!

Yes, I have the icon, but still get the same issue when trying to load. Here’s my Logs:

Ok, so I did a fresh install of Windows 7 and it is working perfectly fine now. I will go back into my other install in a few and post my dxdiag. Thanks for your help.

I figured out the issue, I updated my Windows7 to SP1 and now it works perfect on my original installation of Windows 7.
