After first finding out that UE4 was trying to use more RAM for cooking than was available (and solving that issue), I am now still confronted with a cooking error with the following Log File.
Can anybody help?

UE 4.16.3-3561208 and cooking/packaging for either Windows x86 or x64.
If you are sure that the problem with ram is solved, try to move the project to another harddisk.
For unknown reasons, some files can not be deleted / moved.
I just did both with each time a new “Package Project > Windows > Windows (64-bit)”.
Both times it ended up with a similar log, but it showed different assets that could not be “moved”, and all but one are from the Engine itself. And the custom asset is a different one each time as well.
