First, you need to verify your installation as this is saying the Windows System cannot find the file, not Fortnite.

Check that you are NOT using OneDrive which is the default on Windows 11

The path to your Local SSD drive projects should be
C:\Users\OWNER\Documents\Unreal Projects where OWNER is your %USERPROFILE%

This below is WRONG because it’s a backup store on a REMOTE MS SERVER
C:\Users\jOWNER\OneDrive\Documents\Fortnite Projects
because when the OneDrive network goes offline so do you project files as in the error above
