[Error] Out of video memory trying to allocate render resource

I can’t open a game with out error

I am on windows 7 and I have problem every time I launch up Fortnite, I have been playing for almost a year then my epic games launcher wouldn’t open so I redownload epic games, launch Fortnite and then it just says “Out of memory trying to allocate a rendering resourse” I tried everything, redownloading, trying youtube videos and not even one worked. I am going to upgrade to windows 10 and see if that helps me, I will post here if that helps.

I have the same problem…But mine of a different one. ue4 on my device is worked successfully before but now it giving me the same error and exiting. I can’t understand how it happening. but still, I want to know how to fix …plz help me.
my laptop specification:
Intel(R) I7 - processer.
Intel HD 4000 Graphics Card.
4GB RAM.
