In my edit session I get this message all the time while I barely use event binding. I only use verse to work with devices. It shows the channels too but I dod not have channels in uefn? Why is it showing channel numbers then?

Had this recently as well, after seeing it some of triggers were showing channels in game. Might be converted islands from FNC.
I converted my island 3 years ago, it might be this issue your saying but I cannot not fix this myself sadly

The status of FORT-1030095 changed to ‘Needs Triage’. We’ve confirmed the issue and it’s waiting to be assigned to someone to fix it.
