Cool Rus, this fixed it here as well
I had the same issue after downloading a file on a tutorial and wanted to access the assets and the map seemed empty. Rebuilding did not work and the content drawer seemed empty so i went to the location of the folders in my disc and they needed to be extracted after unzipping. So i reopened and it worked, hope it helps!
I tried everything but this. And this worked, thank you.
This fixed it for me too. None of the other suggestions such as Building All Levels/Landscapes/Materials worked
I think this is a bug (albeit minor) since Playing probably runs an implicit build as well so ideally running a manual build should fix this
Pressing Play, then clicking the controller sign. moving slightly with mouse and wasd and pressing escape got rid of the message.
