Error keeps occcuring when trying to make a c++ project

i don’t understand this error at all. i reinstalled VS and its the same issue.

You’ve not installed all the C++ support. Check under the “Programming Languages” section of the installer for C++.

Side note: You’ll probably want to consider upgrading to 2017 soon.
