However, while it sorted it self, should I be seeing a simple plugin in this menu? Its sitting at the top above Unreal Engine. Clicking it leads to error
when clicked this happens.
HDRI Browser should not be sitting in menu above, nor should it be trying to open. Its a plugin to be used from inside UE5.

I have the same problem.
So the same Epic that still didn’t adress these issues is talking about releasing UE6 and deprecating blueprints?

Fix found: Download an older Epic Games Launcher. 18.000 and below.
My issue with this has been persisting since November 2025…
Still no solution.. I gave up on Fab about this.. really bad support.. Also opened a ticket for this months ago and got not a single answer from them, yet.
only a post here in the topic about “team is investigating” and a workaround, that does not help..
Yes.. I am writing since November.. and never tried to wait for syncing to finish.. or re-sync multiple times… 
Even tried reinstalling the whole Launcher and deleting all the caches and the vault Data..
Cleaning up my whole Epic System..
Nothing works.. and Fab Support.. is silent..
This is 100% absolutely on their end, I don’t think there’s much you can do.
I’ve faced all these errors MD-0011, II-E1103, IS-0009, IS-EO-Plat-NoFnd…
The only thing that worked so far was installing an older version of the launcher. All issues disappeared. I’m totally backing up my assets and never updating this ■■■■■■■ launcher ever again.
