EQS Trace problem

Hello, i was trying out EQS and i just wanted to make a simple trace test to find best actor in camera channel, so i created a test actor with just a cube static mesh and put in a eqs test pawn with following query:

Running query i get exact opposite of what i wanted:

obscured actors are ones with higher score, did i do something wrong or it’s a bug?


You have Bool Match enabled for your Filter. What this is saying is that you CAN trace between querier and object, it WILL be filtered from results. Disable this and it should work way you expect.

I’ve noticed that setting boolean to false resulted in what i wanted, but it’s really confusing, because at least my line of though when i look at that, is exact opposite, but since it’s in filter category it kind of makes sense. Thanks for clearing that up :slight_smile:
