Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to Creator Portal with the affected account.
- Click “Submit an island to Epic’s Picks!”.
- Navigate to the Developer Submission Form.
- The page loads, but the submission form does not appear.
Expected Result
The Developer Submission Form should load with the required input fields so we can submit an island to Epic’s Picks.
Observed Result
No input fields appear in the submission form. Instead, the page only displays the message “YOUR FLOW FINISHED.”

This appears to be account-specific. I tried clearing the browser cache and repeated the steps on another computer, but the same result appears.

The last time I used this form, I started an Epic’s Picks submission for an island and completed most of the form, but I did not submit it. I wanted to try submitting again today, but now the form only shows “YOUR FLOW FINISHED.”

Clicking the “Submit Content” button in the top-right corner refreshes the page, but it still shows the same “YOUR FLOW FINISHED” message instead of the submission form.
