In UE 5.5 they seem to have fixed the broken inheritance that I mentioned here: EPIC, please stop breaking Slate and UMG in new releases. - #6 by BOBtheROSS
Strangely they didn’t mentioning it in the patch / release notes. I just tested it by chance. Maybe they are not done yet.
