Epic games launcher stuck at Unreal Engine tab showing “Synching Account” and “discovering content” for both Fab and Projects and no clue what to do i tried everything and anything but nothing worked for me

Launcher not getting me to put an installation for Unreal Engine 5 or anything
Expected Result
i did all required from program files and the %localdata% files for all data that connected to epic games launcher but nothing worked for me
