Epic Games Launcher Fails to Install

I’m running into issues when trying to install the Epic Games Launcher on a clean install of Windows 11, with all the latest Windows Updates installed.

Every time it gets to the Direct X portion of the installation, it stops and reverses.

I’ve tried installing the Games Launcher in several ways. Administrator mode, elevated admin PowerShell, elevated admin CMD, etc…

Attached are screenshots showing when the installation stops at Direct X, and then the error message after the installation reverses.

Steps to Reproduce
Simply run the Epic Games Launcher installer with Administrator privileges.

Confirming that Neil is able to install the the Epic Games Launcher by installing version 19.0.0. He’s back up and running.
