Okay, New version of the launcher. Now it seems to go fine

Hello,
i found a solution for me and it works fine now.
I have two hard disc drives in my computer:
C:\System(Win7) and D:\Games, Documents etc
First i installed the launcher on D → crashes. I reinstalled several times → still crashing. I installed the launcher on C then → works fine now.
Maybe it works for someone here too.
