Epic Broke somthing in my materials

Summary

Cant launch session because it errors out. Worked fien before the recent update

AssetCheck: Error: [AssetLog] ....\Plugins\GameFeatures\218cdc2e-4075-f8c2-b8c0-4c92740c218a\Content\helios\LANDSCAPEYT\LANDSCAPEYT\Plugins\LANDSCAPEYT\Content\Terrain\materials\LandscapeMF\BlendedLayers\MF_BarbitaAsteriaGrass.uasset: Potential cook path for asset /218cdc2e-4075-f8c2-b8c0-4c92740c218a/helios/LANDSCAPEYT/LANDSCAPEYT/Plugins/LANDSCAPEYT/Content/Terrain/materials/LandscapeMF/BlendedLayers/MF_BarbitaAsteriaGrass.MF_BarbitaAsteriaGrass is too long and might go over the path length on certain platforms. 265 of max 32767.

I think the only workaround you can do on your end is try to shorten the file-path you have control over. “Content\Terrain\materials\LandscapeMF\BlendedLayers” in example above. “MF_BarbitaAsteriaGrass” looks like an internal name (Since it uses “Asteria”) so I’m confused on whether this is your asset or not. If it is yours, shortening that could also be a workaround.

If anyone else is running into this, please post what your cook path looks like

It may or may not be be a recreation of fortnite materials so that i can costumize them better

Update I fixed it all i had to do was rename the materials so ez fix
