EOS OSS plugin works on windows but not on Android. why?

hello , I use the EOS OSS inbuild plugin. it work correctly on Windows like login , create session etc.

But when I Use in Android it say “PackagingResults: Warning: OSS: TryLoadSubsystemAndSetDefault: OnlineFactories does not contain [EOS]”.

I setup the config file like documentaion. nothing seems wrong

System Configuration used
Unreal Engine 5.1.1

Anbody knows what cause error
