Summary
Sometimes the entitlement window wont work for the players as it should resulting in the following issues:
- Revive purchase window not opening – Pressing the Revive purchase button fails to open the purchase window.
- False purchase failed message – Completed purchases display a “purchase failed” error, but V-Bucks are still deducted from the player’s account.
- Purchases not syncing on join – Purchased items/features (e.g., VIP, Auto Collect) often don’t sync when players join a session and only apply after rejoining a new session. Additionally, players sometimes load in with a default skin instead of their actual skin.

Steps to Reproduce
- interact with one of the obstacles in the map
- press the revive button
- attempt to buy a revive
Expected Result
the window should open when you you press the revive button
and after you confirm the purchase you should should be able to move
Observed Result
most of the time all the steps will work as they should.
in some cases the entitlement window will not open at all after pressing the revive button, in other cases the player shows that he tried to buy the offer got a fail massage get eliminated and gets a purchase failed message like it should when you cancel the offer and show that the Vbucks still get deducted from his account
