Entities added to an NPC Entity are invisible

Summary

Adding any entity to an NPC entity, causes the added entity to become invisible.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Spawn custom_npc
  2. Get his entity
  3. Create a new entity with mesh
  4. Add the new entity to the npc entity
  5. The entity will be invisible

Expected Result

Ability to attach entities and “customize” npc: effects, icons above the head, meshes and other things…
